About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and independent Field Marketing Assistant to handle our local grassroots marketing efforts. This is not a desk job or a digital marketing role. You will spend the majority of your shift on the road driving a branded company vehicle, managing mail drops, and walking neighborhoods to distribute physical marketing materials.
There is enough work for a full 40-hour week, but we are highly flexible with scheduling and open to part-time candidates looking for afternoon or weekend hours.
What You Will Do:

Material Prep: Pick up postcards and marketing collateral from our local printer and prepare for post office mailings

Route Management: Map out and drive an efficient, economical daily route to drop off mail bundles at various local post offices.

Neighborhood Distribution: Drive to targeted neighborhoods to distribute door hangers door-to-door.

Signage Placement: Strategically place company lawn signs in high-visibility areas along your daily route.

Accountability: Log your shifts and routes using a required GPS tracking application to verify neighborhood coverage and distribution completion.
What We Are Looking For:

Age & Driving Record: Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required for insurance purposes to drive the company vehicle).

Trustworthy & Independent: You will be working on your own for most of the shift. We need someone who has the integrity to do the job right without someone looking over their shoulder.

Active: This role requires getting in and out of a vehicle frequently and walking through neighborhoods to place door hangers.

Organized: Ability to manage inventory in the vehicle and keep your drops and batches sorted.
What We Provide:
- A CertaPro branded company vehicle for all shift work.
- Hourly pay of $15.00 to $18.00 depending on availability and experience.
- A highly flexible schedule that can be tailored around classes or other commitments.
